ELIGIBILITY: The Dollar General "Family Values" Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to individual, legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void outside the 50 United States and DC and where prohibited. Employees, officers and directors (and their respective IRS dependents), of Conopco, Inc. d/b/a Unilever ("Sponsor"), Dollar General Corporation ("Dollar General"), Advantage Sales & Marketing LLC d/b/a Integrated Marketing Services ("IMS"), and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate families (spouse, siblings, children, parents and their respective spouses), and those living in their same households, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win a prize. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.

2. TO ENTER: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM (EDT) on 10/1/09 and ends at 11:59:59 PM (EDT) 10/31/09 (the "Promotion Period"). Complete an Official Entry form found at participating Dollar General stores through 10/31/09, while supplies last, or on a 3" x 5" piece of paper print your complete name, address, city, state, ZIP code, date of birth and daytime phone number. Mail the completed entry to: Dollar General/Suave© "The Ultimate Family Value" Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 610, Wilton, CT 06897-0610 (a "Mail-in Entry"). No mechanical reproductions will be accepted. Mail-in Entries must be postmarked by 10/31/09 and received by 11/11/09. Or you may enter online during the Promotion Period by visiting www.dollargeneral.com and following the directions to complete the online entry form (an "Online Entry"). Online Entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM (EDT) on 10/31/09. Limit one (1) Entry per person/email address, regardless of the method of entry. If a person submits more than one (1) Entry only the 1st entry received will be entered into the drawing. Automated methods of entry, including entry via other websites, are prohibited. All entries become the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. 3. PRIZES: On or about 11/18/09, a random drawing will be conducted by a representative of IMS, an independent judging organization, from all eligible entries received, to award the following prizes: One (1) Grand Prize: The Ultimate Family Fun Vacation Package of a 7-night/8-day trip for four (4) people (winner & 3 guests) to Orlando, FL to attend an Orlando Theme Park (Park at Sponsor's discretion) (the "Grand Prize"). Grand Prize includes: round trip, coach air transportation from a major airport near winner's home (airport at Sponsor's discretion) to Orlando, FL, roundtrip transportation from the airport to resort, 7 nights hotel accommodations, one spa treatment for four (4) people, theme and water park tickets for eight (8) days for four (4) people, eight (8) days of dining (breakfast, lunch, dinner and 2 snacks each day at a list of restaurants provided) and $10,000 spending allowance. Spending allowance will be awarded in the form of a check made payable to the winner. Any expenses not mentioned herein including, but not limited to incidental hotel expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner and guests must be able to travel on the same itinerary or prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Additional restrictions may apply. Four Hundred (400) Third Prizes: a $25 Dollar General Gift Card. One Thousand (1,000) Fourth Prizes: a $10 Dollar General Gift Card. Gift card use subject to the terms and conditions set by Dollar General. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $105,000. Limit: one (1) prize per person/household. No substitution, cash redemption, assignment or transfer of prize permitted by winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event that any prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

4. GENERAL CONDITIONS: All federal, state and local taxes on prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners will be notified by express mail and/or U.S. mail and the Grand and First Prize winners will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility, liability release and (where lawful) a publicity release. Guests of Grand Prize winner will also be required to sign a liability release and publicity release before travel will be booked. Winner may only bring a minor as a guest if winner is the guest's parent or legal guardian and winner signs all required documents on behalf of the minor. Noncompliance by date specified on winner notification letter or return of prize or prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification. Unclaimed prizes may not be awarded. Acceptance of prize constitutes winner's agreement and permission for Sponsor, Dollar General and their agencies to use winner's name/likeness for advertising and trade purposes in any and all media without further notice or compensation, unless prohibited by law. By participating in and/or accepting prize Sweepstakes entrants agree to: (a) be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, Dollar General and Integrated Marketing Services, which shall be final and binding in all respects; and (b) to release and forever discharge and covenant not to sue Sponsor, Dollar General, Advantage Sales & Marketing LLC d/b/a Integrated Marketing Services, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, agents and promotion and advertising agencies, and the employees, directors and officers of each of the foregoing entities, ("Released Parties"), from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses and liabilities, of any nature whatsoever, which they may now or hereafter assert, including but not limited to, claims for injury, death, damages, or illness arising out of or relating to or claimed to be arising out of or relating to Sweepstakes entry, prize acceptance, or use or misuse of the prize or any product or prize certificate awarded including, without limitation, personal injury, death and property damage. Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for any printing or other errors in Sweepstakes related material. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Sweepstakes and award the prizes in a random drawing from all eligible entries received prior to such action, should causes beyond the control of Sponsor corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the Sweepstakes. This Sweepstakes will be governed by the laws of the state of New York and by entering you consent to jurisdiction and venue in the courts of New York State for the resolution of any disputes.

5. WINNERS LIST: To obtain the first name, last initial and hometown of the Grand through Third prize winners, send a self-addressed, stamped business size envelope to: Dollar General/Suave© "The Ultimate Family Value" Sweepstakes Winner, P.O. Box 7276, Wilton CT 06897-7276. Requests must be received by 12/11/09. Winners list requests will be sent after winner has been verified and prizes has been awarded.
